Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS):  Commenced in 1985, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS) is a prestigious and recognized institution in India and offers a wide range of Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, Research and Doctoral Programs in diverse fields. HITSEEE: Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Entrance Examination (HITSEEE) is the online exam conducted by the Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science for admissions into B.Tech courses.

B Tech Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible, the following should be met-

1. Passed or appearing for Plus 2/ Higher Secondary Certificate/ Intermediate or any equivalent examination 
2. 50% aggregate score or above calculated for 3 subjects 
3. Compulsory subjects: Maths and Physics + at least one of Biology/Biotechnology/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics as a major subject in regular stream from any board. 
4. An average of 50% in related subjects and vocational subjects( Theory and Practical)
5. Minimum Average of 50% in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics/ Biology 

Age Limit: Students who attain the age of 16 years and 6 months on 31st July of the calendar year in which the 12th Board Examination are held are eligible. 

About B.Tech Placements : In 2023-24, 1364 students out of 1452 were placed with overall placement being 93.9% . For Engineering in particular, out of 683 students, 644 students were placed with an average package of INR 4.6 LPA.

B Tech application Form: Candidates can submit their Application online on the official university website:

1. Students can login through the official website 
2. Click the Registration button to open the registration page
3. After registering, the candidates can fill out the application form
4. Applicants are required to provide basic personal, professional and academic details and upload the required documents 
5. The application fee is Rs. 1200 which can be paid online through credit card/ debit card/ net banking and is non-refundable 
6. The admit cards will be available on the official website
