About IIT Jodhpur: The Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur (IIT-Jodhpur or IITJ) is a public technical institute and is one of the eight new Indian Institutes of Technology established by the Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Government of India under the Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2011.

Eligibility 

The candidates must adhere to the following criteria:

1. Passed XII standard examination or equivalent 
2.  Mandatory subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics 
3.  Qualify JEE Main and JEE Advanced 
4.  Aggregate marks of 75% (65% for PwD candidates) in XII standard 

Selection Process 

1. Students must appear for JEE Main
2. They must qualify for JEE Advanced, which is specifically for admission into IITs.
3.  After the result are out must seat for the JoSAA counseling and choose IIT Bombay 
4. Seat is allocated based on the JEE Advanced rank
5.  To confirm their seat, students must pay the admission fee
